Test Engineer – Amsterdam
Test Engineer – Amsterdam – Automation Testing, Selenium, C#, Python, Scrum, SQL
Automation Testing, Selenium, C#, Python, Scrum, SQL - A Test Engineer is required by my client, an international software security and media technology company located in Amsterdam, Netherlands to test components in a broadband television systems.
Responsibilities include: Automation testing; Preparation and execution for software component testing; Functional and non-functional testing based on component level; Design and implement QA test plans; Automation of recurring test cases in a test Scripting tool (API testing).
Required:
Good understanding and practical experience of software development process (experience with Agile, Scrum is a plus) Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing (developing test cases, test procedures, test scripts and test reports) Experience in different programming languages C, C++, VB.NET, C# (able to read and understand the code) Experience with Scripting language (Python, Perl, Conclusion) Experience of SQL Server or other DB Servers Familiarity with web technologies and browser-based software JSON/JSONP, SOAP/XML, jQuery (hands-on experience is a strong plus)
